Smoothie King - Louisiana

Charged me for 32 oz when I ordered 20oz. And made an awful smoothie. Used to be good now is terrible

Been into this location twice now, as well as ordered to go, and have always received great smoothies! I don't want to mention another company, however, Jamba was a favorite of mine but since moving to the east coast I haven't been able to find another smoothie place that satisfies my cravings… until Smoothie King! Was excited to learn there’s a smoothie king on base. Showed up at about 4:45pm and they had already cleaned up the store. There were three people sitting around. I looked down at the wet floor and the young man behind the counter said that they close in 10 minutes and they were out of ice. After asking what he meant, he said he could make smoothies but that they would be watery. No apology, no attempt to service the customer. Just ready to go home I guess. Been here twice- worst Smoothie King location I’ve ever been to. They don’t make the smoothies right- definitely not worth the money.

I’ve consistently had great service at this location. The manager and employees are welcoming, knowledgeable and they ensure I’m taken care of whenever I stop by for a smoothie.
