Mcdonald's - Louisiana

Long drive thru wait times. Could not enter restaurant as sign states use other door, other door was locked at 5pm. Asked the reason at drive thru, but no response.

Coffee was fresh and hot. Ladies bathroom floor was littered with toliet paper and soap.

Only 1 drive thru open so long wait. They forgot my french fries (2) orders. The inside is not open to get them. The line is way long to wait back in it to get them. They do not answer phone.

Service was incredibly slow, then the order was wrong 3 times.

Beware, this McDonald's location is overcharging for their $6.00 value meals using the excuse that their drink machine won't dispense Medium size drinks. They are charging $7.21 for a $6.00 value meal. Even worse, it was a manager who gave me this lame excuse for poor customer service and potential illegal overcharging of their customers.
