Extremely horrible customer service all the staff should be fired. And when they start making smart aleck comments they should really remember to turn off their speakers through the drive-thru.

Rude to customers, and due to inconvenience they had to make our drinks and didn't give us our straws, we had to reach for them ourselves. While we were ordering they asked my partner if their voice was gone despite them not having nor acting like anything was wrong with their voice, she was rude, spoke over me while ordering. Will not be coming back.

Can't help anyone in this place walk right by you without even helping her asking what they can do to help

I've been here several times. First time I tried to order through the self order system, I bought ice cream and I found out 3 minutes later that the ice cream machine isn't working, waiting about 5 more minutes to get my refund. Second time ordering my father ordered through the app. Found out no smile, and a rude knock on the window. Also when did the big Mac Patty's become so small? The manager was extremely rude. The food was great but the staff is just horrible.

Parked here for a minute. No food. I'm not a fan of any McDonald's. Looked clean
