Lane's Corner Cafe - Louisiana

Original review was made in June 2019, I corrected a typo I saw and now reflecting January 2020. I was really hoping this would be a nice restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience there. I went with a few friends, they also had the same negative experience. There are already 7 items crossed off their menu. Traditional Louisiana lunches and dinners priced fairly and very friendly staff

So i ordered the Red beans with chicken wings and my sides was Mac n cheese and green beans and it had a slice of corn bread. The beans didnt have a tap of seasoning, the chicken wings was smaller than popeye's wings didnt look like the chicken was fully developed, the mac n cheese didnt have NO SEASONING it look like it was straight out the box and the only thing that was ok was the green beans. I spent over 9$ for that and it was TERRIBLE! I will never eat here again highly disappointed

I had plans on taking a picture of my food but when it came out looking delicious I forgot… I ordered the meatloaf… It was well seasoned… The peach cobbler was great… Restaurant was clean… I plan on coming back

The food was great, good portions and the service was top notch! I am recommending all my Facebook followers to eat here!! We will be back for a family diner soon!
