Mcdonald's - Louisburg

Reading the ticket might as well be rocket science here.Extremely inconsistent results. The physical location is doing most the heavy lifting. Some staff are great, but many straws are breaking this camel's back.

Waited 12 min. in pickup zone while 10 customers drove threw, still didn't get the order right. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALDS AROUND.

Idk what number my son's breakfast was, but it came with pancakes. Mine was a #4 breakfast which has three items: sandwich, hashbrown, drink. His pancakes and biscuit had no butter, syrup, or jelly and mine was missing the hashbrown. We had to pull up and wait to be shorted, again.WHY, Louisburg McDonalds, do I get charged for all items but never, EVER get all the items the first time, even when we have to pull up and wait? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, there's ALWAYS, AT LEAST, one thing missing. Every. Single. Time.

Inconsistent on every level, service is non-existent, food quality is different every visit, a 15-minute wait at this location is common even when ordering through the app to skip the line luckily for this location there is very little to compete with so being one of the worst mcds I 've ever seen should negatively impact sales...

Food came without drink cup.I was yelled at for getting my own cup. Manager would not do anything about the situation because the worker was her cousin. Great management Louisburg McDonalds.
