Bojangles - Louisburg

I've received cold food from the Louisburg, N.C. Bojangles THREE times this month! Unexceptable!! This could make someone VERY sick!! Honestly, I don't know that I'll ever go back. They did tell me I could come back and get a meal for free and I did but even IT was STILL messed up and the people in the drive through were rude as hell. Do better! This was a HORRIBLE experience.

Bojangles is ok. The chicken is good. Service at my local Bo's is slow. The shining star there is the mac-n-cheese.

Idk what yall have in the water in Louisburg but every restaurant chain's weakest link resides in Louisburg, NC. This bojangles for instance, just DOES NOT CARY BROWN GRAVY! They weren't just out of gravy for the evening. Smh. I guess it's just too much work to microwave it. Idk. It's definitely worth the gas to just drive to Nashville.

My order was wrong , the man taking the order was rude to me when I came back to fix it . No apology or anything . It was like I was wrong for coming back to get my order right . What happened to good customer service these days . If you hate your job then find something else and quit taking it out on customers .
