Hit or miss, depending on who is working the day you go.Occasionally they'll go above and beyond with their service, other times they'll hardly acknowledge you and get your entire order wrong.
As I was leaving the restroom an employee was entering, I informed him there was no soap and he replied yeah it's broke...He was probably the cook too...Yuk...
Went to walk thru the drive through, they wouldn't accept us, but would accept a bicycle going through.. guess they didn't want our $45 I'm business..#security issues......?
Love this taco bell never have I had to go back because they forgot to give me something I have ordered. Gave 4 stars few years back had a potato griller that taste like perfume but only happened once.
