Losse A Moelle

When I discovered the rural restaurants I was interested in Losse. The coast in Losse opened since October 2023. Friendly welcome and I had the honor of having the young 42-year-old, native to the north, who came to greet me at my table. Excellent. To begin with, a vegetable soup, followed by a country ham entry butter pickles (very copied, even too) but I still have everything swallowed. Later, I had the pleasant possibility to change the resistance plate that was from the Lotte by a false net. While it was the menu... thank you and bravo to this chef and his staff. That's nice. In the meantime, I have the opportunity to contact Ms. La waituse, originally from Parisienne, who is relatively pleasant and has the commercial meaning. Very nice performance. Here I am at the tender coast, accompanied by fresh homemade fries, shallots sauce and a small salad. Home cooking is without controversy the pleasure of taste. I'm having fun... I'll definitely get out of this table rolling the belly full... The dessert I ask to reduce to a simple vanilla ice ball, will finish this lunch with a coffee. Maybe the negative point of this establishment... Not very tasteful coffee. To say everything, Losse is a small village lost in the middle of the Landes de Gascogne forest that deserves the detour for the lunch break on the coast in Losse. I'd even say better if I was a woman, a chef's smile and I'm leaving my mother. Seriously chef, I enjoyed your kitchen but I admit I'm not an easy man and I never kiss at the first delicious meal. Unless you change coffee supplier.

Very good meals a long time ago that I didn't eat so good thank you to the chef and has his team super tender calf still thank you to redo with pleasure

Copious and tasteful well cooked it was a treat! Super resto with an excellent menu offered at noon for a financially more than correct formula given the quality and quantity of the products! Thanks to the cook for the burned cream she was perfect!!!

A nice surprise, friendly restaurant, welcoming boss, generous and gourmet cuisine. A charming and caring young waitress high school. We'll be back. Constance

Closed on a Saturday in the middle of August. Nothing else to say. Apparently this restaurateur doesn't need to work in high season.
