On Tuesday October 17th two people made reservations for the break on Sunday October 22nd. When we asked the employee about our reservation at 10:30 a.m. on October 22nd, she explained to us that we had reserved for October 15th. I explained to her that this would not be possible because we had only made a reservation on October 17th. She would be sorry, but due to a lack of reservations there would be no brunch today. Very relaxing and completely pampered. Everything including the room and wellness area is always clean. The staff very friendly and accommodating. We loved the balcony with the amazing view. The breakfast buffet is varied and the cuisine for lunch and dinner is very tasty and upscale. The wellness area has a beautiful indoor pool, whirlpool and three saunas. It was never too crowded and there were enough lounge areas. Above all, the outdoor terraces for sauna goers and bathers are unique, especially the roof terrace with a fantastic view of the Swabian Alb. We always received fresh towels and bathrobes so that we could use everything. Unfortunately there were no more appointments available for massage. Staff could be added there. Otherwise, we would love to come back with our little dog. The hotel is highly recommended and offers beautiful hiking opportunities in the area. Nearby activities: Excursions to Rottweil and Freudenstatt; the house provides a map with 6 hiking suggestions for hikes.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Staff very friendly. Food was ok lukewarm Savings area manageable. Hamam soap massage and peeling afterwards was great.
