Farm Table - Los Ranchos

I wanted to like this restaurant because it was highly recommended by several people, but it missed the mark for us. The ambiance is nice and cozy, especially outside in the garden areas. We found the small dishes were the best...the beet salad and small chacuterie plate were lovely. The entrees were ridiculously overpriced for a mediocre protein with a few potatoes on the side. The pork was very fatty, but the portion was quite sizeable. Our server was attentive but quite anxious to take our plates, although we were still just finishing our meals. Maybe we just hit a bad night, but it was definitely disappointing considering all the hype. Unfortunately, we will not return to this spot.

The vegetables are definitely the star here. The tomato salad was insane, so good. I had the pork chop, it was pretty good (I've made better), but the vegetables on the plate were the real standouts, super flavorful with great textures. Extremely overpriced for Extremely underwhelming food. $82.00 for a half fried chicken that was full of bone fragments and undercooked. (One example) I'm surprised this place is still in business.
