Thai Spice Los Gatos

The Sizzling Tofu with peanut sauce was a bit of a letdown for me; I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars as it felt quite greasy. However, the Prawns Curry with pineapple was delightful, and I'd give it 5 stars as well. The service was excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. Just a heads up, there is no option for outdoor dining. Overall, a great dining experience!

Pretty disappointing. The pic on their site and/or Google looks like a normal classic Pad Thai but what they serve is nothing like that. It was very dry, especially without fine-sliced carrots, cabbage and very little sprouts (all are in their pic). I also just didn’t taste the great flavors of a Pad Thai, the entire dish was a bright yellow? I wouldn’t recommend at least this dish here.

Reservations would serve you well here, as we waited for 15 to 20 without one. Once seated, it was worth the wait. This restaurant has been a staple in downtown LG for 15+ years. But the remodel made it a bit more upscale. I had the catfish with green curry, which was excellent. I went spicy, and yes you can choose! Spring rolls did not disappoint, my wife had the pompano delight which we highly recommend if you like whole-fish dishes. My kids enjoyed the food too! Overall it was a great experience and we'll be back!

This was my first time at this restaurant and I couldn’t be happier. Best pad Thai hands down! Great restaurant and staff. Food came out fresh and fast as well. Reasonably priced with huge portions.
