Well priced and beautiful located this winery is a must visit when you’re in town. The folks are friendly and super knowledgeable about the wine selections. Enjoyed this charcuterie with my bffs and it was a grand time!
Wine: 4 starsFood: 4 starsAtmosphere (indoor tasting): 3.5 stars (beautiful building but too small for enjoyment)Service: 3 starsValue: 3 stars (tinniest pours I’ve had, quite pricey for purchase)Experience: 3.5 stars (it’s such a small venue so nowhere for a little walk. You just have wine either on the patio or inside. Felt very uncomfortable being rushed after barely 25 mins tasting and also for membership pitch. Wine tasting is more about the service and atmosphere not the wine itself because people can just buy a beautiful bottle and enjoy at home. Paid about $300 for 4 people for a tasting (barely half of a glass per each), one cheese and one meat tray, and two bottles to take home).
Outstanding experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating even though we did not have a reservation. We were a party of 5 and we were seated only a few minutes. The property was very pretty also and it happened to be a beautiful sunny day which made it even better. The wines were also amazing and we took home 4 bottles. Would definitely recommend trying it out even if you don't have a reservation :
Décor and Ambiance Beautiful winery for those not wanting to go all the way to Napa and it has a lot of history dating back to the 1800 if I am not mistaken. The inside tasting is within a cave. There's another part from the tasting section where one can order charcuterie and cheese boards Drinks and Menu Wine was great, we had 3 people in our group become members and we had an extra tasting of a Chardonnay but listed on the menu and everyone was raving about it. I had the fishery board and the cheese board and both very delicious. The wine focuses definitely reflects the fruitiness of the grape Service We loved our servers in both sections as they were very attentive to us and knew the historical information of the winery and the area
