Shiroi Sushi - Los Gatos

The food was good, but the service was awful! I made a pick-up order that was nowhere near ready by the time they said it would be. When I arrived and inquired about my order, a woman confronted me aggressively, disputing the timing she had given me over the phone and even denying what she had said. Unless you’re okay with terrible service, I wouldn’t recommend this place!

I absolutely adore this sushi restaurant! It's charming, offers excellent service, and the food is delightful. I've been a regular for over a year and have never encountered a negative experience. The sushi is consistently fresh, and the service is always quick and friendly. I highly recommend trying Sofia’s special roll! Food rating: 5/5.

Shiroi Sushi is a fantastic sushi restaurant that offers friendly service, consistently delicious food, and affordable prices. The staff is welcoming, which really adds to the overall dining experience. Consistency is essential, and it’s comforting to know that you can count on high-quality sushi with every visit. I also think the prices at Shiroi Sushi are very fair. It’s definitely a place worth going to!

Excellent menu options with really tasty fish and miso soup. The wait staff was so nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend. The 49er roll, Netflix roll (pictures) and Barracuda roll (eaten before pictured) were my favorite.Food: 5/5

A really good sushi place, the teriyaki salmon is so juicy and tender compare to other places. The food is fresh served and service is friendly too!
