Chipotle Mexican Grill - Los Gatos

Wow! This Chipotle is on fire! There was one guy who really knew how to wrap a burrito perfectly, if you catch my drift. Just kidding, much love! -Kaylee

I visited the restaurant yesterday to try their new garlic Guajillo Steak burrito, and it was quite delicious. However, I ordered chips, salsa, and guacamole, but unfortunately, I never received them. Additionally, they weren't offering freshly brewed iced tea, which was a disappointment for me. The cashier had some difficulties with the rewards app on my phone as well. I arrived at 12:55 PM, and my server was Justin. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and they provided Coke fountain drinks.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The high school employee was quite disrespectful and just tossed my food to me!

I'm really frustrated with the lack of chicken in my dish—I feel like I'm having to search for it in my bowl! Additionally, I've noticed that when a man is in front of me, they always seem to get larger portions of meat. What’s going on with that? Men earn more, so they should be able to afford double portions without it being a special treatment!

Nowadays, it seems that many teens are not interested in working. I visited the restaurant just before closing time at 9 PM, hoping to grab some dinner. Upon arrival, I noticed that all the young employees were already in the process of shutting down the grill and cleaning up the bins. I inquired if they had run out of items, anticipating the response I received: they were out of almost everything, including guacamole, steak, pollo asada, brown rice, sour cream, pico de gallo, and more! Essentially, they were indicating that they wouldn't be making any more food, despite having an hour left until closing and a line of customers behind me. It seemed like they had already decided their shift was over. If the staff wants to close up early, perhaps the closing hours should be adjusted to 9:30 PM. I would hate to be an owner of a business where the employees prefer to shut down before their shift ends and lose out on potential profits.
