Centonove - Los Gatos

We had the best experience at this restaurant tonight. Shelli was our server, and she was the best server I have had in a long time. Her recommendations on the menu were spot on. Do yourself a favor, go eat or have cocktails there. You won’t regret it.

This place serves many classic Italian dishes apart from the pizza selection. They also have an extensive wine, beer, and even cocktail menu! For starters you can taste the quality of Cesar Salad. You notice the anchovies in the dressing, but it isn't overpowering. You can tell the quality of the carbonara by the fact that it isn't too eggy and that they use real pancetta. You can tell by the melted fat! Outside seating wasn't bad either with the propane heaters going ! Don't forget to get the spumoni for dessert!

Wonderful experience, top to bottom Spaghetti alla Carbonara Pizza Parma were both excellent. Moreover, the olive oil mix that comes with the delicious warm bread is unabashedly garlicky and flavorful. Also enjoyed the warm and friendly service. We’ll be back for sure!

Was in Los Gatos for only 36 hours and ate here twice. It has a welcoming ambience with a laid back neighborhood vibe. The wine list was interesting and well curated and they had many options for healthy eating. The wait staff was endearing and accommodated requests to make sure that we had a perfect meal. It was everything we could have hoped for in a new town with no plan. Cheers Centove!

Their pizzas were very good. Beer is standard. Wife had a cocktail which was decent. Service was very good. Ambiance gives typical old downtown location vibes.
