Wendy's - Los Angeles

This site is consistently bad at fulfilling orders. Today though, I finally had the last straw when an employee tried to gaslight me. I placed a mobile order, selected drive through, and was told to go to the second window. I've been coming here forthe last few months so this is business as usual. At the window I was then told they don't do drive through mobile orders andthat I needed to pick up inside. After parking in one of the MOBILE ORDER lanes I headed inside for my order. Besides being gaslit about drive through and waiting an additional 20 minutes, they forgot to give me fries for the meal as well as cheese on mypotato. Only once in the 3 times I've ordered potatoes have they actually given me my order correct. This is in addition toforgotten nuggets, fries or staws with meals. This genuinely sucks since I like the menu.

The only thing that got me super confused was the was a cashier taking the orders all the way by the parking lot (not by the speaker box). So the speaker was ?free/open? so once I got there and an irritated female voice said: ma?am we have a cashierOUTSIDE!!! It almost sounded upset! Lol so I went all the way around? Aside from that the food was AMAZING!!! GREAT FLAVOR ANDPERFECT TEMPERATURE! The male manager was super attentive and did a great customer service!

I love the 4 for 4 or 5 for 5. It will feed the whole family when I'm in the budget. I'm budgeting all the time. I highly recommend this to everyone you'll be amazed of how much money you save and getting a whole lot of food.

I absolutely love the pecan salad, it's just about the only thing i buy. The best part is the pomegranate vinaigrette, and I love the cranberries. The perfectly balanced salad.

The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I have another Wendy's closer but prefer this one. On the rare occasion when they are out of an item or an ingredient, they have been very apologetic and have always gad goodalternatives to offer, to make it right. They really understand what great customer service is all about.
