Waba Grill - Los Angeles

The owners of this specific franchise are very stingy and money-hungry. They are dishonestly claiming there is a national shortage of sauce. They are the only Waba Grill that is rationing sauce. They are cutting costs at the customers' expense while paying their employees very little. Food: 1/5

The food at this restaurant is excellent and the staff is friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome and provided great service.

Unfortunately, I can only give this restaurant 2 stars. While the service was quick and friendly, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered the steak and chicken plate, but I found the chicken to be dry even with extra sauce, and the steak had a bad aftertaste. Despite being hungry, I couldn't finish the meal. I have had this dish at this Waba Grill before, so I know they can do better. I don't think I will be returning to this Waba Grill in the future.

Always fast service and friendly staff. I usually get the steak and rice bowl or the chicken and rice bowl and visit once a week.Food: 5/5
