Taco Bell - Los Angeles

The restaurant was quite warm and stuffy. The servers were friendly, but the service was slow because they were understaffed.

I stopped by this restaurant for a Soft Taco Supreme and nacho fries because I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom was filthy and out of toilet paper. When I received my food, the taco wasn't made as a Supreme. I returned with my digital receipt, but the staff made a big fuss trying to locate my order on their screen, even though I had proof in hand. After a prolonged wait, they finally agreed to fix the issue but simply added the missing ingredients to the taco, which was no longer fresh—by this time, the lettuce was wilted and the cheese had melted. Having worked at Taco Bell myself, I found their customer service lacking. They treated the situation as a major hassle instead of just reviewing my receipt and correcting it promptly. Moreover, they didn’t even apologize. This location clearly has low standards.

To my surprise, the original crunchy tacos were actually quite good—crunchy and not stale, as is often the case at many Taco Bell locations. The staff were friendly and efficient. While the atmosphere could use some improvement, it ultimately fulfilled its purpose: satisfying my hunger.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. This Taco Bell has consistently impressed me on my last several visits (almost ten times!). The staff here is always friendly and polite at the drive-thru. Plus, the food is consistently great. Unlike other Taco Bells where the taco shells can feel stale or the food looks unappealing, this location really maintains quality. The young team does an excellent job, and I appreciate their hard work.

The beef Chalupa was incredibly flavorful and juicy. The meat was savory and served at the perfect temperature. The cheese and chips were fresh as well. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.
