Taco Bell - Los Angeles

I'll make sure I like it again. I've been eating taco bell for years. not only because of my fear of glocking out of my days in the church, but because I had to run my bell. that's it. I've been worth 20 foods and didn't cost an ounce of inflation. taco bell rings in the next stock exchange and it will run all bell. it's a place where you know what you'll get.

Drive through is always fast. Food is always fresh. My only complaint is a small one: The employees arent the nicest. Sometimes you dont get the normal nice talk such as hello, thank you, have a good day, etc. Sometimes they dont say anything at all at the window.

The staff was super unpersonable. We waited a long time to even be acknowledged and ended up ordering from the self service menu because they did not pay attention to us. No friendly hello. Nothing.

As a teacher working with students with special needs, I wanted to treat my 12 students to lunch at Taco Bell. When we arrived, my students approached the cash register to place their orders, carefully counting their money. The cashier demonstrated remarkable patience, especially with those who have hearing and speech difficulties. I noticed no signs of frustration; instead, he engaged them by waiting patiently as they formulated their thoughts and responses. The server was equally attentive, ensuring that each student received the correct order and being considerate of their individual needs. I wholeheartedly recommend this Taco Bell to all my family and friends. It's a wonderful place with a team that serves customers with kindness and respect.

To the mentally challenged woman working in the drive thru this morning: I just wanted to ask if you ate okay? Why are you rushing me to order there is no one behind me I took less than a minute and asked you to hold on and I'll let you know when I'm ready and you proceeded to impatiently ask me 3 times within that 60 second timespan if I was ready yet. What on earth is wrong with you? What are you doing that is so important that you cannot allow me one minute to look at your menu which has changed. I decided that you are not worth my change and went elsewhere. I tend to advocate the intelligence of people that work in fast food but you are the reason that the stereotype exists. Do better in life tomorrow.
