When Sushi Gen opens at 4 pm, the people waiting in line will completely fill the restaurant. If you stroll up at 4:15, there is a 45-60 minute wait. Service is prompt and attentive, food is perfect.

Our waitress was very rude which put a bad taste in our mouth, making this a 3 star review instead of 5 stars. The food was incredible. If the service is better trained and the logistics are smoothly run, this establishment has no problem seeing a full dining room with their quick chefs, high quality fish and fair pricing. I will most definitely be back.
