맨날 딸기, 녹차만 고집했었는데 여기 인절미 빙수 많이 안달고 상당히 맛있네요,,, fresh delicious bingsoo ! I usually go for the strawberry shaved ice bingsoo, but the Injeolmi bingsoo was surprisingly very nutty and delicious. Injeolmi is the name of the Korean nutty ricecake made with yellow beans, it’s got the small rice cake pieces on top, in case you’ve never tried it. The color and the flavor of injeolmi is very similar to hojicha or misugaru (if you like 미숫가루 I highly recommend trying injeolmi 인절미 If you like Asian earthy flavors like matcha or misugaru I suggest that you give it a try : Even if you order other popular bingsoos like mango and strawberry bingsoo, try the Injeolmi bread toasts … ! they are so good very filling good amount to share with friends family. They have lots of hot toasted bread options with using Injeolmi seasoning and rice cake, I would love to try their matcha Injeolmi toast bread next time : They also have outdoor seating in case you feel too cold inside (I think they should turn down the a c inside a little, since the weather got a lot cooler.. But this is definitely a go-to place to meet up with friends and family, inviting people from outside LA who never tried milky Korean snowflake bingsoo. 너무 맛있었습니다,, 감사합니다

Great place for some cold and refreshing dessert! Though, their sulbing isn’t like traditional Korean sulbing; it’s not hard and crunchy like ice, but more softer like shaved milk and sugar. It isn’t overly sweet, which is nice, but it still has a good flavor. We ordered the black sesame and the injeolmi, and the toppings for both were delicious. Not all bowls come with red bean, so you may have to order it separately. Also, the portion size for one bowl is rather large, so I recommend sharing if possible. One thing is that the food took a while to come out, but they could be because the shop was a bit crowded.

The hype is real...the wait is worth it. Delicious bingsu, super refreshing. My new favorite bingsu stop in ktown.
