Subway - Los Angeles

Hardly any room to stand in front of the counter and no way for anyone to pass by to.the restroom without invading personal space. Attendants we're friendly and the spicy Italian sub was ok.

The service showed a lack of respect towards women, and the staff's communication was poor.

The service was excellent, although there were no senior discounts available, unlike at most Subway locations.

I ordered a veggie patty, but before finishing my order, the employee started taking another customer's order for a tuna sandwich. In the process, she went back to preparing my sandwich without changing her gloves, which raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I had to ask her twice to change her gloves before continuing with my order. We choose Subway for their high hygiene standards, so it was disappointing to see how this particular location handles customer health and safety. Overall, I was not satisfied with the proficiency of the staff.

The customer service was quite disappointing. It appears that more thorough training is necessary to enhance the customer experience.
