Stone Oven - Los Angeles

I recently received my order at the restaurant. I had ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad, but they were out of avocado. It took a very long time for them to make my sandwich, and unfortunately it was not made correctly. This used to be one of my favorite places for sandwiches, but not anymore.

My order was wrong. Paid extra for avocado and did not get it. Then the manager demands my receipt showing I paid extra because my sandwich doesn't come with it. After viewing my receipt, he adds it but acts like he was doing me a favor by giving me what I paid for. SMH. Absolutely horrible service.

Customer service is as poor as him. Even high mall prices and employees will simply ignore you in the register and avoid eye contact at all costs.

The customer service at this restaurant is poor. I stood next to the cash register for about 30 seconds while the employees were talking and laughing amongst themselves. They only started to help me when I called for their attention. The lady who was making the bread had a bad attitude. Staff should be focused on serving customers and making money, not hanging out with their friends. This experience was terrible and I will not be returning to support this business again.

Always a good experience when I come here. The BBQ Chicken Sandwich is delicious and balances the barbecue flavor with the sweetness provided by the onion chips. Potato salad is fresh and the flavors are vibrant, balanced and if you?re a fan of potato salad in general, then this is pure goodness. Their Southwestern ranch is also super tasty!
