Rock'n Fish L.a. Live - Los Angeles

My review is on the fact that I never got to experience the restaurant. No one informed me that the restaurant was going to be closed. Even after receiving numerous emails and texts asking me to confirm my reservation. I wasted my energy and my money when I could’ve chosen a location closer to my home. This is extremely poor communication on both Open Table’s and Rock N Fish’s part. I understand that things changed due to the pandemic but they should’ve looked at their day and took action accordingly. There’s never an excuse for poor customer service.

The hostess was uninterested in making our party of four welcome. We were given a table next to a family with little kids. When we asked for another table, even though the restaurant was half full only, she kept saying that it was not possible. In the end we sat outside under the lamp. Then it took a very long time for the food to arrive and when it did, it was cold/lukewarm. We did talk to management after the dinner but he did not offer anything to make us feel better.

We always dine at Rock'N Fish when we attend the Lakers games. I make the reservation through Open Table and we get right in. The food is always good and the resturant is always bustling. Yesterday, my friend noticed that the prices listed on the menu are much higher than what is on the website. For instance, bread is listed at $1.95 on the website but is $3.95 on the menu. We found some fish dishes with incorrect pricing on the website. Our server even noticed that some of his prices were not in agreement with the menu. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO don't pay attention to the prices on the website. They should just list the menu without the prices. I also informed the manager that the tomatoes on the Salmon sandwich are horrible. They were very tasty in the past but the last two times we have eaten there, I couldn't eat them. Our server brought over another dish of tomatoes, but they were bad too. over all, we like Rock'n Fish and eat there when we are in the area for an event. GO LAKERS!

We were running late and were going to the Lakers game too. We ordered and got our food quickly and the staff were super helpful getting us out quickly. The food is always great and I really appreciated the speed in which they got us our food and then the bill. I love this place!
