I love this venue so much!!! It's very different, you can sit out in the patio, where they have food vendors and fire pits. Super accessible and comfy. I've been here for two shows now and loved both experiences. No issues with lines, tickets, parking, anything. Only thing I will say, they do not allow outside drinks. Not even a closed water bottle. Don't bring it.
Was a good spot to chill and drink with your friends outside. If you're in the mood to dance, then go in and hit up the dance floor. Bar is right next to it. ?
Resident is a must visit spot for anyone looking for a great night out in the city. From the moment you walk in, you'll be struck by the amazing atmosphere and beautiful outdoor space. The ambiance is top notch, with comfortable seating and cozy lighting that sets the perfect mood. One thing that really stood out to me during my visit was the music. The selection was excellent and really added to the overall vibe of the place. I found myself tapping my feet and bopping my head along to the beat all night long.If you're a fan of cocktails, you won't be disappointed at Resident. Their mixologists are true professionals, creating delicious and unique drinks that are sure to satisfy even the most discerning of palates. I highly recommend trying one of their signature cocktails they're simply delicious! However, I must mention that parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area, so it's worth considering taking public transportation or using a ride sharing service to get to Resident.
Absolutely not a punk venue! The space is great the security is not. Went for a hardcore/noise show and was almost kicked out for moving around (not aggressively)... Don't book hardcore bands if you can't handle the crowd!
