Panini Kabob Grill Woodland Hills

The first time here, we usually go to Raffis in Glendale, but if you are looking for good Persian food close by, go to this place. The combination plate was good the Salmon was good to be honest, and got a skewer of shrip. 5 small shrip was $16,95 not worth it, but the prices were unbelievable The Hummus and Falafel appetizer was good. But the service needs to be better. The hostess was so slow, and the waitress was rude and slow bad combination and needed more staff!!!

Ordered food online waited past the time I had arranged for collection. Got the food and came home started eating the food and put the food in front of my 2 years old only to realize after 5 mins koobideh they have given us is pink inside absolutely raw. I called the restaurant spoke to the manager and and he said all we can do for you is to remake the koobidehs I asked what do I get for you wasting my time traveling back to the restaurant as well as our dinner being ruined and late he said there is nothing they can do apart from making the koobidehs. Absolutely disgusting. I was treated the same one more time and that was in Middle East when I was on holiday. The cheek and rudeness from the “manager” of this place is insane. I had issue with them 2 other times in the past but never made a complaint but now is see they are not been trained how to deal with people at all. Let’s hope my 2yrs old doesn’t get sick.

Best kabobs especially for family meals. Favorite is the koobideh. Sides are good too. Service is friendly and fast.

If you are wanting to come eat during popular times, you will have to wait. Wait was 20 min at 5pm on a Sunday,it looked busier when I left. Food is always good here. They are slammed with to go orders because the food is good but the service is half a star. After being sat, it took more than 10 minutes to have a server come stop by for our drink and food order.Food runners brought our food out promptly but our server checked up on us only once. She would walk by the dining area and never once would look over at our table. After 10 minutes of trying to flag her down, I had to walk up to her at the front to ask for the check and a box.Will probably order from here again, but only takeout.
