Mendocino Farms Flower St - Los Angeles

This one’s for Heather the general manager at Mendocino Farms at 444! Her customer service is BEYOND anything I’ve ever experienced. I had ordered delivery through Uber Eats and when my food arrived it was missing an item. I called Mendocino to see what I could do and since they don’t have personal delivery drivers, Heather PERSONALLY drove the sandwich over to me within 15 minutes. She was so kind, caring, and understanding. She fully took responsibility for the mistake and drove the sandwich over to my apartment personally. I cannot get over this. Thank you Heather, you restored my faith.

Out in Los Angeles on a project and needed a quick sandwich for lunch. Mendocino farms was recommended to me and to try the chimichuri steak sandwich. I was very surprised at how tender the steak was, the sauce was super flavorful, the sesame bun perfectly toasted and a good size portion ! The atmosphere is hectic and they do a brisk business just by all the to go orders being seen The staff was very friendly, helpful and all had a smile while helping customers. Needless to say when back at this site, if I need a sandwich I will definitely be back !

I love a good sandwich and mendocino farms knows how to make one! both the falafel packaging and banh mi are delicious sandwiches and filling. I miss her hippy bbq blt though- that was her best sandwich after my thinking. their salads are also quite delicious.

I've been to this location several times whenever I have worked downtown. The vegan items are marked separately on the menu and there is sometimes a vegan special as well (sign up for their emails to know what it is). Many of the side salads are vegan as well. If you just walk in, you fill out an order form noting what items you want, but I highly recommend calling in your order and then just picking it up as the line gets very long at lunchtime. The sandwiches are very good and do occasionally change on the menu. It would be a fantastic place if all vegan, but alas, it's just a few vegan options although the financial district needs all the vegan options it can get.

I had Mendocino a few times during the events. Nothing great, but her curry couscous is crazy! I could just eat a whole bowl of it.
