Macchiato - Los Angeles

First time visiting this place and I love it. My daughter came for a TXT cup sleeve event and it was amazing, excellent customer service and clean environment. We orde a Horchate macchiato potted plant and a Horchata macchiato and they were delicious ? we also got the caramel macarons perfect combination.

The owner or manager of this place should be embarrassed. There’s just one dedicated worker at this amazing anime expo, and the service was extremely poor. It's a shame that the girl on duty today was left to manage things on her own, aside from an elderly lady in the kitchen. To make matters worse, my drink, which was supposed to have chia seeds according to the menu, did not contain any.

I ordered the Okinawa Hokkaido Militant with boba, and while the Hokkaido Militant was really good, the boba was a bit hard. I visited on Saturday at 4 PM, and there was no wait time; my order was taken right away and arrived promptly.

I tried the macchiato sunrise, and wow, it was delicious! I'm usually not a fan of fruit tea drinks, but this one was amazing—super refreshing and highly recommended for anyone who enjoys fruit tea. I also had the pistachio milk tea, which was similar to a pistachio latte but had a creamier taste. Both drinks were excellent! Just a note: they don’t offer sugar-setting options, but the staff was very patient. There was only one employee at the register making drinks, with a sweet older worker assisting them. When we came here, it was almost empty. we ordered a mandelmilchtee, a horchata and a coffee. the drinks were delicious and the horchata came up with rugged oreo cookies on top with a little green to make it look like a pottery. that's sweet and creatiw. the inner was calm and gentle.
