I absolutely love this place! The cakes are consistently delicious, making it my go-to spot for cake.

After nearly 40 years, owner Trinidad has retired, leaving behind a beloved bakery that has become one of the most popular spots in LA. Frequently praised in the media for offering some of the best Latino breakfasts in the city, the bakery also boasts a wide array of options in its panaderia section and fresh-squeezed juice and smoothie bars. Trinidad's daughter, who has been working here since she was a child, now runs the bakery with confidence and flair. K Bakery truly is a hidden gem, and there's no doubt it will remain a cherished establishment for decades to come. As a loyal customer for 35 years, I have every intention of continuing to support this wonderful place for many more years.

Pick something here and you'll be happy. We got the breakfast burrito, a beef quesadilla, cheese papusa, and a Salvadorian tamale. All of them were tasty. The burrito was a little dry, but get some salsa and the problem is solved. The quesadilla is filled with tomato and lettuce making it a nice sandwich. The papusa was nothing special but still tasty. And the tamale was the biggest surprise, because I am very familiar with Mexican tamales, but still very enjoyable.

This place is going down. Sad cause I used to come here all the time. The stuff is less friendly, and they charge for an extra salsa even though I had two orders. Food is still good, but the service keeps getting less and less friendly.
