The men working today were awesome: super helpful, friendly, and efficient. I am definitely getting a PB cold brew mocha again!

Excellent service and wonderful attitudes, followed by some great smoothies. The employees saw I was in a wheelchair and opened the door for me because they saw I wanted to come in. Hopefully the manager rewards them for that ? Would gladly stop by again to try something else on the menu, I picked up the lava one along with the mango madness smoothie.

I was the first person in there and the last to leave. On top of that they made me feel like I was trying to steal and asked me for my receipts many times before handing over me 2 orders. The bowl was horrible all ingredients were already spoiled. The energizer had way too much ginger. The entire thing made me sick and they do not accept the coupons they issue. Overall the worst customer service experience I 've had... not worth it for the price considering the quality of the product. They employees look lost and do not know how to make he bowls or drinks.

First and foremost, I want to emphasize that the location of a restaurant matters. Out of the 26 ice cream shops I considered, I chose this one because the person working there was really attractive. Despite my initial excitement, I ended up waiting for almost an hour. The person serving me didn't wash her hands or change her gloves, and she touched everything in sight without taking any precautions to maintain cleanliness. The fruits tasted off, likely because she used the same glove to wipe down surfaces and cut the fruits, all while her gloves remained dirty and unsanitary. She also had long nails, which were unappetizing to see while she was cutting fruit. I couldn't help but worry about the risk of Listeria contamination. The lack of cleanliness ruined the freshness and flavor of my fruit. I will not be returning to this establishment. Thank you for the unsanitary experience. It's clear that proper hygiene practices were not a priority here.

The restaurant lacks attention to detail and the service was subpar, with staff not knowledgeable about the basics. I would not recommend this place.
