Jack In The Box - Los Angeles

I had a great experience with the Staff they helped me with everything. This Jack in the Box is one of my Favorite Location in LA. Great Fast Service. Family Friendly. If you ever come to KTOWN come and Visit this Jack in the Box.

I always go there for quick meal. I like the place since it is close to my home. Food quality is not bad. Last time, I went there around mid-night. There was a long queue but I could still wait. The food is always quick so I didn 't wait for long time. But the thing is, when I was waiting for the meal, homeless person knocked my car window and asked for money. He was even offered me a drug for getting some money and did not want to leave even I told him I don 't have cash more than 10 times. I felt so unsafe. As a women, it is not a good idea going there alone at late night.

I had never been to a Jack in the Box before so I thought I'd give one go. I ordered the most popular hamburger being the ultimate cheeseburger. The food was surprisingly good. The service was quick attentive and friendly. The facilities were clean and presentable.

I ordered and got my food about ten minutes later. They didn?t provide any utensils for the meals I ordered. I asked about 4 times for a fork, and they just kept frowning and staring at me. I had to wait until another customer asked on my behalf before I got what I needed. The cool employee wasn?t there today.

Just went through the drive through tonight and paid for the 4 pcs chicken strip meal. Came home and it was only two chicken strips ???? I called Jack in the box and the woman I spoke with (Tiffany) said I was lying and refused to accommodate me for their mistake! That chicken strip meal was all I could pay for and me and my kids didn't get full tonight. (I bit one of the chicken strip)
