I hope that is indeed the name of your founder. A friend of mine was really looking forward to trying the K-Town sandwich from your well-reviewed restaurant today. Unfortunately, what started as excitement soon turned into disappointment. The sandwich was mostly bread—about 87.43%—and while I hear the bread was of decent quality, the filling was minimal at best. Instead of satisfaction, it left an unsettling emptiness. I urge you to discuss this with your staff and address the issue promptly, Dan. Thank you, A Concerned Friend

Experience great value for fresh, quality pasta! You can enjoy a complete entree for just $15. I tried the bolognese and pesto sauces, and both had the perfect consistency—not too runny at all. I believe I've found my go-to spot for takeout pasta! Additionally, there's a lovely outdoor seating area, which is perfect for summer dining.

The food here is incredible! I’m truly impressed by the consistent flavors. I used to visit this restaurant almost daily before I moved to Orange County, and I really wish they had a location down here. The next time I'm in town, I will definitely stop by. I only wish they were open 24/7!
