Taking over a section of the ground floor of the museum, plus the patio, the dinner and daytime destination is the most compelling eatery to come to Westwood in the past year. Lisa Giffen worked at numerous New York City restaurants, including Daniel, Blue Hill, and most recently at Brookyln’s celebrated Maison Premiere as its executive chef and sister restaurant Sauvage
Fantastic modern restaurant with great service and excellent food. Moderately priced too, considering the quality. The pasta was so full of flavor, we couldn't believe it was vegetarian. The pork porterhouse was perfect, juicy and flavorful and expertly cooked. I liked it even more than the ribeye! Definitely come here for an upscale dinner at an accessible price in a gorgeous setting.
Audrey is just the right mix of comfort and modern. Situated in a beautiful setting, away from cars and traffic, you feel special to be in this little oasis of a place. I went with my friend for happy hour to beat some after work traffic and what a great idea it was. The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed drinks and two appetizer plates that were well-crafted and delicious. One was a fried artichoke and the other was a beautiful crudo fish dish. All cooking techniques were on point. Audrey has a New York or European feel in it's hyper-attention to details in the food and decor, as well as the sophisticated people it attracts. I will definitely be going back to eat and visit the free museum, which looks awesome. A great find in the middle of Westwood.
Let's kick off this review on a positive note. The service here is excellent, and the herbal teas are truly delightful. They will officially open next week on February 26, 2019, so be sure to visit during their soft opening and explore the extensive menu. I plan to return with my family. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with an open and contemporary ambiance that features plenty of comfortable seating. Parking is available at the Hammer Museum for $7 in the evenings.
This restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax and socialize. They offer a ping pong table and comfortable lounge areas. It's a popular destination for tourists. The restrooms are well-maintained and tidy. Keep in mind that bringing water inside is prohibited, and flash photography is not allowed. Enjoy your visit!
