Pajarito Brewpub Grill - Los Alamos

This restaurant serves some of the best burgers I have ever had. There are many options for toppings and side dishes. The Rueben burger had a smoky flavor that was delicious. The thin fries were also very tasty. The selection of beer was impressive. It was great to find a place that stays open past 8 pm.

Great dining experience. There are plenty of simple menu options available, but the quality and variety of some dishes are exceptional. There is a wide selection to choose from, catering to all tastes. However, the service appears disorganized and slow. Orders do not always come out in the sequence they were placed on a table; those who ordered first may not necessarily receive their meals first. In larger groups, the time between the first and last dish can be noticeable. Prices are on the higher side.

My wife and I stopped in at this restaurant while passing through the city. There didn't seem to be many options around, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the food quality. My wife ordered 6 boneless chicken wings and a side of fries. The wings were tiny and two of them were mostly broth with no meat, despite the high price of $13. They looked like they came from a frozen bag and should have been more consistent in size and better quality. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo for $15, but had to pay an extra $5 to add chicken. The portion size was very small for the price. Overall, the taste was okay, but the pasta had a strong wine flavor that was overpowering. I don't recommend eating here. While the restaurant may focus on elegant presentation, they need to improve on the price, portion size, and quality of the food. The only positive aspect of our experience was that the restroom was clean.

After eating here, I wish I had read the reviews above all the evaluation of derek about the wings of his wife. my bison burger was the special of the day and was almost all bungalows and little meat in comparison to the bungalow. it was also extremely overpriced for what they get. After I searched the average cost for a pfund bison and compared it with what I complained and how much meat they gave me, I would say that it was a huge demolition. After telling the bartender how underwhelmed I was, she could only say that I work here because of this and not in the kitchen I will definitely not be back after this and only experience. the only positive experience was the bartender.

Solid food and good tap list. Had some nice homestyle food options during a rain/hail storm. Friendly staff and good location
