Mcdonald's - Los Alamos

Most of the time, something is always missing from the bag, and the fries are old an soggy and not cooked enough. I don't like it when I can see through the fries. ???

How do you mess up a corporate recipe for sweet tea?? And undercooked fries. They are on a freaking timer. You literally have to try to mess them up. Everyone's struggling to find good help. These folks, more than others. Or they specifically stray from McDonald's tried and true recipes to suit their personal preferences. Shame on them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went tonight with my husband and baby just for a simple meal of fries, shake, and ice cream. We went through the drive through and I asked for just a moment to get my orders correct, as I waited, the other line of cars through the other car line were zipping through fairly quickly. 5-10 minutes go by, and no one came back to take our order. Instead 6 other vehicles were able to order and move on to pay. We moved to the other line, and as soon as it was us, and no other cars were there, still no one even got on to take our order! We waited 3 minutes to see if they would, but nothing. We go inside to speak to the manager and get again, not a single person asks if we need help. Finally, one of the workers does and I asked to speak to the manager. She just points at a girl sitting at a table on her phone. I told her to go get her, so she does. This manager is Maria. I told her what happened, and to be quite honest, I don’t think she understood a word I said, as all she said back was “sorry. I’ll speak to my ladies”. NONE and I mean NONE of the workers there spoke English, and if they did, it was very minimal. Worst service ever. If you can, go off the hill to McDonald’s.

Orders are always wrong! Can yall do your job correctly.

Worse meal ever. Order was wrong,food was cold. Terrible for $10.00. Wasted money.
