Maderas Steak Ribs - Los Alamitos

NY strip steak was perfectly cooked. Roasted spinach was great. Rolls were hot and tasty too.

I had the half rack of baby back ribs (look portioned size of about 1/4 of a rack). These are not real baby back grilled ribs. I also ordered a sidecar…it was awful and it was mi fly replaced with a Cadillac margarita (it too was not good but I wouldn’t dare send two drinks back so I just grinned and neared it).

Every time I come here I have an excellent time. The food is pricey but it is very worth it. They almost always have live entertainment and it fits in with the aroma of the place. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, grilled onions, and cheesecake.

Got seated with no issue for dinner. Tri Tip steak meal with sauteed spinach and baked potato was very tasty. Steak was cooked perfect and very tender. I highly recommend it.

Always delicious food (fantastic steaks! , great and fast service. Been here several times, never disappointed. The only remark (and 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere is the quality of “live music” it’s hit or miss, but usually a miss unfortunately. If you come outside of the live music hours though, it’s THE place to be in Los Alamitos!
