I had a pleasant dining experience at Aliki's. The service was friendly and quick, and the restaurant had a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered a falafel sandwich with a side of potatoes. The menu had several options, but it was a bit difficult to determine which dishes were vegan-friendly. The falafel sandwich was delicious, with flavorful pita and falafel, although I wished it had more vegetables. The price of the sandwich was $14, while a falafel plate would have been around $18. Overall, I enjoyed my meal at Aliki's.
The dolmades were delicious and the sauce was excellent. However, the eggplant in the moussaka was overcooked and had a paste-like texture. The hamburger was well-seasoned and nicely presented, and the pita bread was also good and served warm. Overall, the meal was pretty good. The service was fast and the waiter was friendly. The prices were higher than expected, even accounting for inflation. While this was not a major issue for me dining alone, I would not be happy paying for a group. Many menu items were unavailable, and it would be beneficial for the restaurant to update their menu. I was not impressed with the lack of availability of certain dishes. I did appreciate the small courtyard and the cleanliness of the restaurant.
