Drunken noodles all clumped together. Tasted like it was cooked in a microwave.

I’ve tried over 100 different pad Thai recipes from different resturaunts. This place le thai has to be the best one I’ve tried. I drive over an hour to come here on special occasions.

The service was great, but the pad Thai was mid. The spice was good, but the noodles were more like angel hair or vermicelli than rice stick noodles. And the dish was not stir fried long enough, or too much sauce was added. There was just too much sauce just sitting on the bottom of the plate.

Le Thai is a fantastic restaurant with an enviable menu and delectable taste.
