Jersey Mike's Subs - Lorton

The service was incredibly slow; I ordered just one regular-sized basic sub, and it took over 15 minutes to prepare, despite there only being two other customers besides me. The manager was on site, but the customer service was lacking. I usually enjoy Jersey Mike's, but this particular location is disappointing. It's not worth your time to visit.

I waited in line for more than 15 minutes, and the service was incredibly slow. As a result, the line grew quite long, and some people ended up leaving. I understand that there were only a few staff members working, but they were moving at a frustratingly slow pace. It was honestly ridiculous; even a Subway with just one employee might serve customers faster than this place. They definitely need to think about hiring more staff.

The guys here at Lorton Jersey Mike's have the best customer service!!! And they make a delicious sub!!! It really made my day and was very refreshing to have such kind customer service with a smile because it is rare to see these days!!! Thanks to the 3 guys working today 11/29 you are awesome and I appreciate you!

Very good sandwich. Ran out of white bread otherwise it would get 5 stars

Quality sandwich in a clean environment. Tuna is better than most. Decent value.
