Kafe Kaos - LORNE

We love the poached eggs, bacon and spinach here and the coffee is good. Gluten free toast is nothing special, but grateful it is on offer. They were busy the weekend we were there (we sat up at the bench at the window as other indoor tables were all busy) we will certainly return when next in Lorne.

The food was good, but the coffee was terrible and the chai latte tasted like warm milk. The service was awful, we felt like we were treated poorly. The waitress did not smile, and she told us to get rid of our paper cups. As we were about to leave, she sprayed the table and asked if we wanted to be sanitized. It was extremely rude and they should be grateful that we chose to have brunch there. I will never go back. This place needs to hire more cheerful employees.

Wandering along the street and after a no frills breaky for 3 of us. Would recommend the Bacon Egg Meal Deal-$12 and included choice of coffee. Everybody enjoyed their meal and coffees pretty good- recommend!

We came here for breakfast before continuing on the ocean road. I had the pancakes which came with fruit and ice cream my partner had the smashed avocado with bacon. Both portions were really big I also had a latte a cappuccino and a coke and the total bill was $35

Our family with two young kids eat here every time we visit Lorne. The food is always yum and served quickly. Lots of little activity/colouring sheets and pencils for the kids and lovely staff. We’ll keep coming back!
