Contribuiți la feedbackWe stopped at this restaurant for dinner. Very kind staff, risotto rosemary pumpkin and really great asian. Good value for money.
We stayed in this hotel-restaurant for a lunch of a charity. I know that recently the entrance was changed-renovated (including the counter and the whole bar room and I have to say very pleasant... The restaurant, instead (as a hall it seems to have stopped in time to a 80s style, with wallpaper on the pretty walls, but maybe a little dated... Food: very good the hot appetizer, which included hot polenta with mushrooms and pumpkin cake and potatoes. The first between high and low, like risotto with saffron and Asiago, a little insipid (in the sense that cheese almost did not feel... , better instead the marble bigoli: classic but good. Seconds: a good beef cut with potatoes, stopposa instead the orange duck. The service: present and professional, the recovery is not lacking, indeed. Overall, a great environment that goes well for banquets or ceremonies, but that would perhaps need a refreshment to the furniture (baths included! and a division of the hall (maybe some separeés would be required to better organize the spaces...
I stayed 4 nights in this hotel on an organized trip. The hotel is nice, the rooms are big and clean but not always it is all working: some of the friends with whom I left, had the fridge in the room not working, while I, when I showered, I had to be careful where to direction the water, to avoid creating in the bathroom a lake! On the other hand, great food, with very varied dishes! Additional flaw: the service has not always been excellent! During one of the dinners we found on the table the dirty napkins used for lunch! After several of our complaints, one of the waiters, after being very rude, changed them by throwing them on the table in a very little professional way. Also I asked several times at the reception an extra pillow in the room and I was told that they had no other available. However, overall the stay was good but in my opinion should improve in some things, such as increasing the supply of pillows in the rooms and explaining,to some waiters, that the tablecloths and napkins should be changed to each meal, as well as happens even at the worst of the restaurants! Too bad, because because of these events, as they say, they are lost in a glass of water!
We were invited. More than 20 years ago, at a wedding! !I don't remember the details and nn can express judgment on the quality of food!! !But I can express something about how to deal with the customer! !We were asking for information for the confirmation of our daughter last February March! !ABBIAMO ATTESO the lady understands that she could have delays...then patiently there at the entrance bar (the elderly lady téléphonically warned a younger lady... to be able to talk about a quote). When I arrive she was frantic....and little patient...the kind of people who accept an extra question!From the rest we are all different....just accept with patience and understand that the customer..in this case....nn can immediately understand everything with a preprinted menu. .PER FORTUNA instead found more availability elsewhere.. where they even sat with us to talk for a simple quote! !
