Scorcher's Casual Eatery Draft House

Food is excellent, drinks are cold, service is great, restaurant could use some updates.

I've been to this restaurant twice. The first time, I didn't really enjoy the food; everything I ordered was fried and came out overly crispy. However, on my second visit, I ordered a sandwich, and it was quite good!

While the prices for food and drinks are reasonable, there is a notable lack of service. You have to place your order at the counter and fetch your own drinks from the bar. The establishment could benefit from having waiting staff.

I ordered wings, fries, and a buffalo wrap, but half of my order was missing. They assured me they would fix it, which was fine at first. However, when I got home, the food was hard and ice cold. The wings were awful—either old, reheated, or pre-cooked. They were the worst chicken I've ever tasted in my life. I called and spoke to the owner, Will, but he refused to acknowledge any issues with his bar or food. He was very rude, which is bad for business. I wouldn't recommend this place, which is unfortunate because the bar has potential. However, I won’t be returning unless it's for my refund, which he asked me to come and pick up.

Came here for the first time Sunday, it was a tad loud, but not unbearable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back!
