Pizza Hut - Lonoke

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant. I would rather drive over 20 minutes to find a better place. The treatment I received was the worst I've ever encountered, not just as a customer, but as a person. It appeared that several employees may have been under the influence of drugs or recovering from a hangover, as they seemed more interested in chatting with each other than fulfilling their responsibilities. The blonde female cashier looked at me with disdain while I signed my receipt, and then she practically sprawled across the counter to inspect the receipt as I was signing it.

As a truck driver, I’ve found it challenging to find places to eat during the COVID-19 pandemic. I reached out to this restaurant to see if they would deliver to the truck stop, but was promptly informed that it was against their policy. It’s disappointing to see a lack of support for truckers during these tough times.

I will never order from this restaurant again. I had the Chicken Alfredo, and it was dry and overcooked. They didn’t include any toast, which I found out only comes with dine-in orders. With the city on lockdown, how am I supposed to eat in just to get my toast? I give them a zero.

I absolutely love this location! The buffet and salad bar are consistently fantastic, and the woman who works the lunch shift is incredible. She puts in so much effort, and with her long tenure, she definitely deserves a managerial role by now.
