Contribuiți la feedbackI went to this Subway at 8:26 PM to order a sandwich because I missed lunch and was hungry for dinner. I was told that the dining area was closed for the night, but I could place my order and they would serve me. I found it strange that they had closed off the dining area but left the door open. I usually visit this Subway once a week, but after this negative experience, I will not be returning. It seems like this decision was made by the manager.
I didn't have a good experience at this place before the pandemic, but now I love it. The new staff is great, with excellent customer service. The chef, a beautiful woman, went above and beyond in preparing my food, providing great recommendations since I didn't want to eat bread. The wrap she made looked and tasted perfect.
I'm not sure what's going on, but tonight was the third time it happened at this particular subway. They didn't put the condiments on my sandwich again. This time, I specially ordered salt, pepper, red vinegar, oil, and Parmesan. The bread, cheese, and meat were fine, but I can't seem to understand why they keep forgetting the condiments. Could it be that the employees are only supposed to add condiments under a certain cost, or maybe they only do it if they receive a tip before they make the sandwich? They always check the screen before returning the card to the customer, adding condiments if necessary, and then proceed to make the sandwich. I rarely visit this subway because they always mess up my order, and I have learned to live without condiments. The manager even gave me his personal cell number, giving me hope that something would change in their drive-thru service. However, when he didn't answer my call or respond to my voicemail, I realized that nothing was going to change. If I could, I would give this subway a negative rating. "1-2-3 strikes you’re out".
I just got my order 2BCA4236-41 and it was incomplete, I didn't drink and cookies and a sandwich was oversown with burned sharing. I am really upset and disappointed, I tried to call the load and no one answer I need at least one refund, also tried to contact the customer service and they did not answer it and if I tried to create an online case, the reception does not include the store code... bad service
Food was great and customer service was great, slight issue with one cashier ignoring us when we asked for lids for the soda a few times but overall worth going.
