Starbucks - Longwood

I just want to give a shoutout to the team working at store 57625 reading off my cup) at 8:41 am on February 1st for taking care of me when I was crying hysterically while trying to order my drink this morning. I had just found out something terrible and you all really made my day by just being so kind and understanding this morning. I love going to this particular Starbucks because of how friendly and professional the staff is. I know I can get the drink anywhere.... its the experience that keeps me coming back.So BIG THANK YOU to you all in the window today!P.S. I love you too! Nina

Bad administration of the hired did not go back with my card or the entry and when I return the next day to it bc I live far from the place where they tell me there is no manager in responsibility to another day when there is one, I wait and come back and now they say they have not after the other hired said they just did it, and clear is not the first time they have pulled out that b recommended poor staff

Beautiful store, lots of open seating and clean! Extremely friendly baristas and food and drinks were perfect. Only negative about this location is the drive thru gets SO LONG and can make it extremely difficult to get in and out. The line can even block cars from trying to park in the parking lot to go in. Definitely needs to be addressed. But the staff and everything are top notch! One of my new favorite locations!

Ahhh I love this location! Staff is super friendly and they always make my drink just the way I like it. Keep it up!
