I'm wheelchair-bound and trying to get to my security cameras and once I tell the driver to leave my order. that I did not request contact delivery. the driver insisted that I sign my credit card entrance. I told the driver I wouldn't open the door because I don't want to catch a virus from an unknown person. He laughed and said, if I don't sign, he didn't prove I got my order. I told him to take it back into the load I refuse to open the door. he put my command on my doorstep and ran away. I called the load and soon found out why this driver acted like that. the load manager was an rude and snarchier leader, and told me that the virus thing is about that his drivers are not required to wear a mask and his storage policy to sign credit card sale. I'll never again order poppa jobs from longwood.
Buyer's intention. on Friday 04/08/22 order 8 o'clock. no delivery at 9:30 o'clock. to ask about the order, informed delivery was completed. not received informed food. was told by manager, driver saw someone eating after delivery take inside. the description of the driver is inaccurate. manager said: well, someone is lying again insisted, eating not received. the manager agreed to reorder the order and deliver it in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later no eating. I wanted to ask if it was on the way. 30 minutes longer waiting, no eating. I called to ask. informed driver had to deliver a DIFFERENT command before me and my order would soon be delivered. 15 minutes, still no eating, called again to ask. more informed driver would arrive soon. this sequence repeated multiple times. at 10:45 was informed eating would arrive soon. wait for another 15 minutes, not yet eating, asked, insured by manager food would be delivered in 6 minutes or I would receive a full refund. 10 minutes later eating arrives to ask for refund, manager states not in the position to give refund, a credit instead. after that, food poisoning received from the food I received three and a half hours after my original order. besides the accusation of being a sinner when the driver went to the wrong place of delivery, I was also inappropriately prepared or given imo deliberately dangerous food. so it will be a little time before I order from here, if at all. I also write this contribution so that other customers can not only be informed about the advantage of the crew on this site, but also how they decide to respond if they consider them responsible for their faults.
Ordering a pizza over doordash and so it has arrived. we didn't even touch it. all I love is what they gave us. who's gonna eat it? looks like someone literally played our food. smh, that's awfully better.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. this is by far the worse location I have ever to do with never disturbing to order their food in the night because they cancel their order and never deliver their food and never call them to communicate. I see many other people in the commentary take 1-2 hours for their orders arriving. at least you finally get it that I live the road down and I ordered at 10:30 o'clock and never got my food, o and there were also the times I didn't get my food until (2 hour and 30 minutes waiting) 1 at the night in several. how honest, I have eaten Papa-Johns for years, but this place has been handmade destroyed that experience I need to order from dominos now, until I move and get blessed with a better place. there are also 0 communication all delivery estimates are wrong and who in this business in the night must be fired.
On 2/4/22 manager on duty Michael has a very poor scope of what customer service is. I asked Michael to not process my order until I have received my products. I asked him why would he want to do that and he stated “I don’t want to do it twice.” And proceeded to finalize my order, I stated “ please don’t do that” and his reply was “too late.”Upon coming back after 15 minutes to pick up my order I explained to Michael that processing an order and the customer has not received it yet does not leave room for discrepancies with the food served or if my order is canceled I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund, upon completion of my statement Michael took it upon himself to cancel my order and told me to have a good night. He never lost his temper at all. The only addition to this, why is a manager working the front counter on a Friday night, I would say he is overqualified for that position and should concern himself with quality control and driver check out.
