Dunkin' - Longwood

This Dunkin’ has the worst service when they decide that they are actually opened. several times in the week at 6:00 clock and they are closed when the website says until 8:00 clock today we went at 4:30 and they were closed. I called the other Dunkin’ in the opposite and they were open. if they really want a dunkin and consistent service going on the road 434 in winter springs they are the most beautiful contributors and they follow the timetable that will be published on the website.

This must be the worst establishment ever, how does Dunkin not have hot food days on end and always have an excuse when it comes to making certain coffee. They do not make any fruit coolatas and they have the ugliest donuts ever. This store in general needs to close down. I give them 2 thumbs down

The worse service ever. the staff had a meeting at 10am closed the doors. the drive thru was backed up. the girl has pj's on. children running. is this a business or a daycare . 3rd time this week

This store needs some help. Just like the other reviews say this store is closed more than open. I understand being short staff but the turn off your third part delivery tablets so that the delivery driver doesnt sit in the drive thru line for 30 min because Lobby is close only to be told they aren’t doing delivered for the day. They are always and I mean ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. And not just donuts. I understand consumer and delivery issues but to be out of gloves and straws? Go to Walmart and buy gloves or to dollar tree. There’s one across the street. It takes at least ten minutes just to get someone to say hello in the drive thru line

When this Dunkin is actually open, it can be really good. But like today I ordered ahead of time and showed up, and they had closed before the hours posted. No idea when they closed. But now I have to wait till tomorrow (since today is Sunday) to call to see if I can get a refund because I paid for a drink that I'm not going to receive.
