Dunkin' - Longwood

I'm giving this place a 5-star rating solely because of Nelly. Otherwise, my experience here has been quite disappointing! It’s unfortunate for Dunkin' Donuts. The staff doesn’t seem to take their jobs seriously, and it’s surprising that they keep their positions. Clearly, there’s a lack of oversight regarding performance. If there were, Nelly would have earned a well-deserved promotion long ago. I only come to this location because of her. Today, I was astonished to see her managing everything by herself, handling her duties as if she were responsible for five people. This isn’t the first time I've witnessed this. Despite the heavy workload, she remained hardworking, courteous, and professional. Nelly truly deserves a senior management position within the company for her exceptional performance. I always receive excellent service at this restaurant. Everything is fresh and prepared the right way. However, I'm not a fan of the new coupons I received, which are only valid from 2 PM until closing. Disappointing, Dunkin corporate! Other than that, this location is doing everything right.

I had an amazing experience this morning! I went through the drive-thru and was a bit unsure about what to order since I was getting food for my office. I took some time to discuss the options with my coworkers while reviewing the menu. The young woman who took my order was incredibly kind, polite, and patient. When I reached the window, my food was ready—fresh and delicious! This is truly the perfect way to kick off the day. I'm running on Dunkin'!

I visited the restaurant on September 11, 2018, around 9:50 AM, and I was very impressed with the customer service. Both the cashier and the cook were dedicated to providing top-notch service, cooking everything to perfection and checking in to see if I liked my coffee. I really enjoyed my coffee and donut fries. I wish them all the best with their business!
