Pancake House - Longview

This restaurant is an excellent spot for breakfast. There's often a long wait to get in, but I believe it's definitely worth it. They offer several healthy options on the menu and will gladly provide real butter and real cheddar cheese upon request. It's been our favorite breakfast place for many years. The kitchen is clean, and the food is consistently good. The staff has been around for a long time, which is a testament to the place. It can get a bit crowded and noisy, and the tables are quite close together. Other than that, it's a fantastic breakfast experience!

During my visit, I observed 14 people entering the restaurant without masks, and the same situation occurred as others got up to leave. The waitstaff were not enforcing mask-wearing guidelines, which goes against the Governor's regulations. This made me feel that the environment was not safe. I won't be returning.
