Tim Hortons - Longueuil

Very slow hahahaha. But may be all new staff. Or its just Montreal thing. But the staff was friendly.

The menus are not functioning properly, there aren’t enough staff members to keep the restaurant clean and adequately serve the customers, and the drive-thru line is very long.

The restaurant seems understaffed, and it can be difficult to communicate your orders. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times.

This location surpasses all other Tim Hortons in the area. While it's not quite on the level of Starbucks, it's outstanding for a Tim Hortons.

I'm visiting the area and have been coming to this Tim Hortons location every day for the past four days, sometimes even multiple times each day. Unfortunately, I must say this is the most disorganized Tim Hortons I've ever encountered. Some staff members seem completely unsure of their tasks. I've had my order messed up several times, receiving the wrong drink or being charged for the incorrect sandwich repeatedly during my short visit. Additionally, the men's restroom is out of order and is quite dirty inside.
